1989, Kenneth, beloved husband of the late Thelma Janet. Lovingly
remembered by his niece, Merta. Ken retired from Odlum and Brown
Brokerage Firm in December 1986. He served in the Second Division of
the Royal Canadian Corp of Signals during World War II. Private
service will be held Monday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery with Reverend

September 1916 he sailed aboard the Cameronia for Europe. He was with the
55th Battery. The 55th Battery was part of the Canadian Field Artillery. It
was part of the 13th Brigade, 5th Divisional Artillery. Canada had 4
Divisions and each Division had it's own artillery Batteries. The 5th
Division never was formed, however its' artillery was used in support of
Canadian troops. The 13th Brigade was known as The Black Watch.
